Chocolate Tofu Cremeux
Serves 3 - 5 mins prep
A smooth, glossy chocolate crémeux made with silken tofu and dark chocolate… you won't taste the tofu, just rich, velvety chocolate. Finished with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped hazelnuts and a pinch of sea salt. Prep it ahead, pull it out when needed. Feels indulgent, happens to be protein-rich.
