How to follow the programme

This challenge is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. The plan intentionally leaves the weekends free, giving you space for your normal routines and social plans. If you’d prefer to roll straight through, you absolutely can, but we recommend the more balanced approach. It helps you build rhythms you can genuinely sustain long after the challenge ends.

  • Close-up of leafy greens with water droplets, showing green and purple leaves with prominent veins.

    Make-ahead moments

Key elements of the plan can be prepped in advance so weekday meals come together quickly and calmly, giving you more space to enjoy your evenings without the rush of starting from scratch every time.

  • Pink cauliflower heads with green leaves.

    Batch cooking

A few recipes and components repeat across the 10 days, giving you a clear structure to follow and helping you ease through each meal with far less effort. All while keeping every dish full of flavour.

  • Close-up view of a fennel bulb with green fronds and leaves against a dark background.

    Prep day

You’ll receive a simple prep guide outlining what to prepare in advance so your week feels organised and at ease. Pop on your favourite playlist or podcast and enjoy an hour in the kitchen.
