Banana Granola with Cacao Mylk

A zesty breakfast bowl featuring creamy coconut yoghurt, juicy orange slices, and ruby-red pomegranate seeds, finished with crunchy super seedy granola.

    • ½ cup Super-Seeded Granola (see recipe)

    • ½ banana (freeze the other ½ - it can be used in week 2)

    CACAO MYLK

    • 150ml mylk (we use unsweetened soya milk)

    • 1 tsp cacao powder

    • ½ scoop protein powder (optional, our favourite is Form Performance Protein)

  • STEP 1.
    Add all cacao mylk ingredients to a blender. If you don't have a blender you can use a protein shaker instead.
    Blend for 20–30 seconds, until smooth and frothy.
    Taste and adjust sweetness or cacao level as desired.

    STEP 2.
    In a bowl, add ½ cup of the Super-Seeded Granola with chopped up banana and cacao mylk poured over

    • Complete plant protein and fibre-rich thanks to the Super-Seeded Granola and protein powder

    • Contains Omega-3 fatty acids from walnuts and chia seeds

    • Mineral-rich, magnesium, zinc, iron and selenium

    • Healthy fats from nuts, seeds and coconut

    • Coconut chips add MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides)
