Bejewelled Buttons

Makes 8-10 buttons - 8 mins prep

Melted dark chocolate set into small buttons and embellished with pomegranate seeds. A simple, make-ahead snack to satisfy your chocolate cravings.

    • 100g high-quality dark chocolate (we’ve used 75%)

    • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

  • STEP 1.
    Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water.

    Stir gently until smooth and melted.

    STEP 2.
    Line a tray with parchment paper.

    Spoon 8-10 small rounds onto the tray.

    STEP 3.
    Sprinkle each button with a pinch of the pomegranate seeds

    Refrigerate for 30m - 1hr until firm.

    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
