Citrus Spark Yoghurt Bowl

A zesty breakfast bowl featuring creamy coconut yoghurt, juicy orange slices, and ruby-red pomegranate seeds, finished with crunchy super seedy granola.

½ cup Super-Seeded Granola (see recipe)
½ cup coconut yoghurt (our favourite is Cocos Organic)
1 orange, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Pinch of cinnamon

Spoon the coconut yoghurt into a serving bowl.
Create a well in the middle of the yoghurt and add the granola.
Top with sliced oranges and pomegranate seeds.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the sliced orange.
