Citrus Spark Yoghurt Bowl

A zesty breakfast bowl featuring creamy coconut yoghurt, juicy orange slices, and ruby-red pomegranate seeds, finished with crunchy super seedy granola.

    • ½ cup Super-Seeded Granola (see recipe)

    • ½ cup coconut yoghurt (our favourite is Cocos Organic)

    • 1 orange, peeled and sliced

    • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

    • Pinch of cinnamon

    • Spoon the coconut yoghurt into a serving bowl.

    • Create a well in the middle of the yoghurt and add the granola.

    • Top with sliced oranges and pomegranate seeds.

    • Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the sliced orange.

    • Pomegranate seeds and oranges provide vitamin C and polyphenols

    • Fibre-rich from granola and fresh fruit
