Golden Mylk

A buttermilk-yellow blend of warming spices and creamy mylk, naturally caffeine-free. Sitting somewhere between a chai and a turmeric latte, it’s gently spiced, comforting and easy to prepare. Encouraging a slow ritual that brings warmth to cooler days.

    • 1 cup mylk

    • 1 tsp fresh ginger

    • 1 cinnamon stick

    • 3 cardamom pods

    • 2 cloves

    • 1/4 tsp turmeric

    • Maple syrup or honey, to taste

  • STEP 1.
    Add all ingredients into a small saucepan on a low heat.
    Stir until hot and a lovely butter yellow colour.

    STEP 2.
    Pour through a fine sieve into a cup.
    Froth the milk before serving in your favourite mug.
