Cherry Granola with Pink Mylk

A nourishing, high-protein breakfast bowl featuring crunchy toasted granola packed with oats nuts and seeds. Served with creamy pink protein mylk and cherries.

    • ½ cup Super-Seeded Granola (pre-made, see recipe)

    • 6-8 fresh cherries

    • 1 tsp nut butter

    Pink mylk

    • 150ml mylk (we use unsweetened soya milk)

    • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, our favourite is Form Performance Protein)

    • ½ tsp beetroot powder (optional)

    • ¼ tsp maple syrup (if using beetroot powder)

  • STEP 1.
    Add all the pink mylk ingredients to a blender. If you don't have a blender you can use a protein shaker.
    Blend for 20-30 seconds, until smooth.
    Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

    STEP 2.
    In a bowl, add the Super-Seeded Granola with halved cherries and pink mylk poured over.

    • Super-Seeded Granola provides slow-releasing carbohydrates, plant protein, healthy fats, fibre and minerals such as magnesium and zinc.

    • Soya mylk and protein powder add extra protein

    • Coconut oil and coconut chips provide satisfying fats

    • Beetroot powder supplies natural nitrates

    • Berries contain polyphenols
