A colourful medley of nuts, seeds, coconut and dried berries. Each snack portion offers plant-based protein, healthy fats, and natural sweetness to keep you energised and balanced throughout the day.

    • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

    • 1 tbsp almonds

    • 1 tbsp cashews

    • 1 tbsp walnuts

    • 1 tbsp pistachios

    • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

    • 1 tbsp Goji Berries (or any freeze-dried fruit pieces)

  • Combine all dried fruits, nuts, seeds in a bowl and divide between 2 small containers.
    Keep at room temperature for up to 1 month.
